Intervention Services
Securitas intervention specialists respond to incident reports from alarm and security systems or to emergency calls. In accordance with predefined procedures, the Securitas employees intervene and follow up every incident thoroughly. Instructed and monitored by the control centre, the Securitas employees are quickly on site. On request, tasks can be expanded to cover other security measures.

Quick response in the event of an alarm:

• Rapid intervention on site after receipt of an incident report
• Immediate measures to prevent consequential losses
• Alarming of police, fire brigade or ambulance
• Initiation of provisional repairs in the case of property damage, organisation of a guard service
• Checking the operational readiness of alarm systems and technical equipment
• Organisation of urgent escort and courier tasks

The national network of Securitas intervention bases guarantees rapid response on site. In addition to the nationwide presence, the geographical proximity to the intervention teams as well as their local knowledge are the decisive factors for successful handling of events.
