Railway Track Security

Construction sites on the rail network represent a great safety risk for the personnel working there. The Securitas security guard’s duty is to warn construction teams of approaching trains. Our employees are required to have special training to take on this great responsibility.

Railway Construction Security:

• The Securitas security guard is informed by radio of approaching trains
• Should the automatic warning system fail, the Securitas guard can use a bugle to get workers to leave the area immediately
• Should an emergency situation become apparent despite the warning, the Securitas guard forces the train to make an emergency stop
